i loved this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the staff was very helpful and gave some great recommendations. standard room was quiet and warm. the bed was comfy and i had a private bathroom. it was based in very comfortable building in a nice location, very close to the bus stop. it was also short walk to the venue's '' beach '', the hill and the beach area. everything was simply perfect.

We had a really great stay here. Everything was perfect. the location was stunning and incredible, right on the promenade in a wonderful area. the hotel is at a medium distance from the Photographic Angle.

I like the politeness of staff, especially on our arrival. Young man on reception desk was very helpful and kind and did his job very quickly and gave us a good room.
The meal at restaurant was not very happy. Some dishes (screamed egg ) I couldn't even taste.The location - the hotel stands on the main highway with very heavy traffic for this tiny town.

Very kind staff and, also, Italian speaking. They even upgraded free of charge our room from a standard to a bigger one.Breakfast on the balcony watching the seaside was great.
Even if it was August and we felt confortable anyway, AC should be an international standard but not all the rooms of the hotel had it. Parking can be a difficult, as it is not big enough for all the customers of the hotel. I know it is problem of Crotia coast, not specific of the this hotel.

Throughout our stay the staff were very friendly and helpful.The location of the hotel is excellent: right at the sea front with beautiful views and a nice path to walk along. The food at the hotel was delicious and there was lots of choice at the breakfast buffet. Some free parking is available at the hotel and the location is easy to find. The little town of Lovran offers some good restaurants and ice cream parlours. Overall a very pleasant stay.
We were very happy. If possible, ask for a room away from the road.
